Is this one of the few hen and chick varieties that does not die and spend itself after blooming - at least the specific hen and chick that supports the booms?
I just bought this variety and was wondering what to expect. If is does not die,..... does it bloom consistently every year?

Really wish that I could answer your question. This is the first year that I have ever grown hen and chicks and I have three different types. This cobweb I bought just a couple months ago and it took off. I sure hope it doesn't die, but if it does it has given me a show. I'll just have to wait and see what it does. See Ya..

It will die but you've got lots of offsets there and they will live on.

hens and chicks bloom ??? i never knew that. i have some regular hens and chicks that i have had for 2 years and none of mine have ever bloomed. i didn't even know they were suppose to , thanks for telling me this.
