It looks very similar to one I have and have been told is Opuntia dillenii. The bristle like glochids along the top side of the areoles with the three or so spines from the bottom looks just like mine but the bristles are a bit longer on yours. I found a site that shows it being found on the Canary Islands. I'm in Florida and it is one of the few found here, and supposedly native.
If nothing else, you now have a name to research and see if you think it compares ;-)

Its certainly an Opuntia. I don't know enough about them to give you a species name. They are easy to propagate. Break off a pad and lay it on dry soil, stand it up in some dry soil, or just leave it in a warm bright spot. It might not root until spring.
