I'm amazed about the multi-forked inflorescences of your beautiful specimen!

E. gymnocalycioides is a plant I only now growing on its own roots. It's a very slow grower but not difficult and can be treated like an average Euphorbia.
According to the species description the inflorescences are simple cymes, consisting of three cyathia, which appear in groups of 2 to 6 on each eye. In my young plants only the central of the three cyathia developed.

The unusual multi-forking of the inflorescences of your plant must be a result of the graft. Very interesting.
As E. gymnocalycioides comes from East Africa, southern Ethiopia (Sidamo area) to be exact, it is a warmth loving plant that will not like a cool overwintering.

Thanks for the info and pictures. You know I havn't notice the that about the multiforked inflorescences until you pointed that out, and I agree that this might be due to grafting, as grafted plants tend to grow in atypoical way, such as being more green and spiral pattern less pronounced.
