My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

my new big red neo!

got my order in from michaels today. i asked for his rec on a big red neo and i got one. its a carolinae hybrid from brazil. check it out.

i also got roehrs best, roehrs best x johannis rubra, and red grande too. it was just like christmas. LOL
