Crassula buddha's temple

Peperomia argyreia(watermelon peperomia)

Some people consider peperomia's to be succulents others don't. Can someone clarify this for me? I'd really appreciate it.

Nice plants you have there, Dawn!
As far as I know, all plants that have the capability of storing water in their tissues can be called "succulent".
Some use the body (most of cacti), some use the leaves (crassulas), some use the caudex (Adenium).
From what I see, your Peperomia is no more succulent than a Begonia... But, being a not scientific definition, I understand that someone can consider it "succulent".
