My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Seeds galore !!!

Yesterday, I went to a garden supply store and I found 2 yellow brugs with lots and lots of seed pods on them. I could not help myself and I picked up some. If somebody wants to try them, let me know. I have a lot of seeds.
