My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What do you think, is this a form/variety of karasmontana, or something else? It has more rounded edges than the kar. I have ID'd, but I think there's more variability within some species than there is between some different species. *sigh*
