The first one looks like a thirsty Gymnocalycium horstii. #2 is an Agave and #3 is a Monadenium, but I'm not sure of the species for either.

Thanks cd. I came across a site that had a pic of similar to my Monadenium and they had it labeled as Ritchiei but the only result on Google that looked like mine was the page I saw it on. But I just wanted to check with people who know better.

I'll give the G. Horstii some water the next sunny day we get here. At first I couldn't tell how you knew about the water until I Googled and saw what it's suppose to look like. I'm not much of a fan of Cacti but they keep finding their way to my window space.

I'm glad they were ID'd. I honestly don't know what they were. Did you repot them? It looks like they were freshly potted.

I looked each one up in google images. The horstii and monadenium look like interesting shaped plants to have.

No I didn't repot them. The Monadenium I got around this time last year from a GW member and has been in the pot since. The other two were just like they came from Home Depot.

The Monadenium is a pretty cool plant but I think I'm neglecting it too much. I just saw some info on it in a book and it said that it was short lived as a houseplant because it rots easily. Which isn't really a problem for me since I hardly ever water the thing which causes all of it's leaves to fall off, but they come back with the slightest amount of water given.

I should learn to take better care of it because it has been the same size since I got it about a year ago.
