72' full spectrum Lights - do they exist?

Hi. I have a wall unit which I've "macgyver'ed" into a growlight sytem by undermounting the uv tube lights and installing Cdn Tire's Gro-Lights. Works well, but the room is so large and the light fixture in the ceiling is a 72" regular GE tube lights. I was thinking...why not replace the bulbs with Full spectrum or gro-lights (I think they are the same) and turn the whol room into a mini greenhouse so I don't have to cram the seedlings (I will end up with 1000+ plants) under the lights...I was thinking that the wee tiny seedlings would live under the smaller lights and when they are larger I could have them on tables with the ceiling light as sufficient lighting.

Problem is I haven't been able to find any 6' or 72" Full spectrum lights out there. I am not sure what the T# is...I see T5 or T12 but not sure if gro-lights are UV or Full spectrum.

Any suggestions of where to find these extra light lights and if you think that regular UV ceiling tubes would be sufficient for growing on until weather is warm enough or if there's not enough growing light under regular tube lighting...
