My Tropicanna's look dead, they leaves are all folded over, brown and about 1/2 the size they were this past summer...

LOL!! 'Tis the season, Kimbra. I live way north of you up by Sacramento and all my cannas look the same as yours. But don't worry....no need to dig 'em up and return them. Just cut the dead foliage down to the ground and when Spring arrives with warmer temps and warmer soil you'll start to see new growth pushing up out of the soil.

Cannas are all heat loving plants and and like most perennials, will die down to the ground but will start to come back in the Spring. We're lucky that we can leave our rhizomes in the ground through the Winter months and watch them spring to life without any effort from us.
