My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

OT: Mr Sunshine

If any of you that has any extra Sunshine, can you please send some this way??...The high 60's low 70's is nice, but we need SUN!!...lol

I only lost a few of all the brug cuttings I got last fall and the ones I have are growing like crazy...My poor bananas, palms and vegie garden really need some sun.

I'm really enjoying seeing all your garden photos.
