Congrats Diane, what color is it?

Pink, Cherub. Today the first one should unfurl, it's no longer a tight cigar, and the second one maybe tomorrow. Can't wait to show you all!

Tomorrow color will have deepened but fragrance is already evident.
Buds on Santa Rosa abound, if you can see them through the hail damaged leaves.

Today's color, early morning. Will probably get a little deeper yet. Second flower will unfurl today, yay!!

I just noticed how much curlier the flower was last evening - cooler temperatures make it straighten out?

Beautiful Blooms, Congratulations, I love the color

Those are beautiful! Have you converted any of your CO nieghbors into brug lovers yet? They must think your brugs are cool and different.

SJN there are brug growers out here. That's how I became one, I saw someone's on their deck, stopped the car and went right up to their door!

Beautiful, just beautyful!! Great pictures, I had gotten some seeds from kylie and brenda and they SPROUTED!! well before I knew it the grasshopers got them, all I have left are 2 skiny sticks no leaves, so I am hoping that at least this 2 sticks make it, I don't expect them to bloom for they are about 5-6 inches tall, I just want them to survive. I really enjoyed your blooms. Marcie
