My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I've recently discovered that I can take pretty good pictures by holding my camera up to a strong magnifying glass. I'm able to see things on my CPs that I didn't know were there. Here's an example of a tiny Cephalotus pitcher that I could barely see by eye. For context, you can see how big a tiny piece of green moss looks.
