Nepenthes Alata refuses to pitcher! Help please...

Hello,

I have purchased a nepenthes alata in august last year and have left it outside until early october when i took it inside due to temperatures being too cold. while it was outside, i misted it daily and it was capturing prey in the 4 pitchers it had from the start. temperatures outside were from 18°C to 25°C and it had sufficient light. inside, i placed it by a window and misted it once a week. it is now march, and although the plant has produced a numerous amount of leaves, no pitchers have developed at all!

the humidity in my room is 55%-60%, i water it once a week, it gets sufficient sunlight and kept at 18°C. why is it not pitchering? are fertilizers the only solution? or is it waiting for spring to begin to pitcher? help please!
