Problems uploading image to discussion

I have a TIFF image of my floorplan that I am trying to upload on the discussion section. I click on attach image and select the image from my computer. It looks like it's linked (shows on the website window) but when I post, the image is not there. Please help???

Hi bnconde, we are sorry that you are having trouble with the upload. we will try to make the instruction more clear.

we currently only support images with file format .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, or .png. please make sure your images are in one of those formats. hope that helps.

Hi there! Looks like there is an issue with attaching photos to discussions right now. We're checking it out.

In the meantime, if you post your discussion without the photos, you will be able to attach them to a comment on the same discussion. Thanks for the heads up!

I have just tried a couple of times again to attach my file - also converted to pdf but it's still not showing. I am going to try it here rather than in my design dilemna discussion. Any ideas? Thanks so much.

Hi there. PDF will not upload. Have you tried it as a jpeg? That should work.
