I use the NC CES guide for my crop planting dates. I wasn't real sure where Charlotte fits in the guide - is it lower piedmont? I always seem to be getting stuff in a bit late, so I wonder if I could go a week earlier...I know it all depends on the actual weather conditions. Somewhere I have the info on soil/air temp requirements for crops...
