My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
It should continue to produce new pitchers as long as it's alive. I believe that in your zone it will be hard to keep them alive though. The root system must be kept cool.
I think the question behind the question may have been more like how frequently will a new pitcher emerge. I never timed it but it seems to be ~every couple weeks.
