New Sarracenia arrived with mildew and aphids!

I just got some CP's in the mail, and I have discovered that my Sarracenia has a few tiny milky-white bugs chillin on the outer pitcher walls. Additionally, a few mildew spots have appeared on other pitchers on the same plant. I know these two are sort of related, but even if they're not -- how can I take care of this problem? I don't want to contaminate the container's soil with baking soda or soap. I know that I should avoid tap water and anything with dissolved solids or salts. Please tell me if neem oil might take care of the problem, or anything else that will work. Thanks!
