Fruit on Citrus Tree

I live in England and I've had both an orange and citrus tree for ~4 years. They are both in my conservatory during the winter and outside during the summer.

When I first bought the trees they both had mature fruit which dropped off the tree a long time ago. Since then the trees have no new fruit. They do regularily flower and reach the stage as per the flower pictures below,

....but they then drop off before they become fruit. I do fertilise using the dropper as per the pic.

Do both trees look healthy?

What can I do to successfully grow fruit? I suspect it could be overwatering or too cold at night...or both?

Is there a certain wet/dry rating that i should be aiming for?

One of the trees (the lime) also seems to have some kind of brown spots on it...does anyone know what this is?

Lots of questions but hopefully they will help me grow fruit this year!

Thanks,

Andy
