Depending on which you get. The intermediate may be perfect or the Highland may work also. You will need to look into the temperature and humidity for both and make due with windows open, closed and humidifier or not. In your area an intermediate would probably be perfect for a cool room in the winter and probably outside for the growing season. JM$.02

I have nepnthes truncata Pasian growing in my room with a couple of hours of direct afternoon sun. Temperature is around 30C during the day and 25C during the night. It's sitting in a basin of water to give it the humidity.
