Thanks Lindy! I do name plants, lol. I will probably put Niagara in the name somehow. A Siberian Iris I have, I've named 'Niagara Ice' because it is a very pretty pale blue. I don't have a pic of it. I transplanted it, and it didn't bloom this past year. As you can probably guess I live near the Niagara River.

Oh Remy, that is the prettiest blue clematis! I love pale blues. I'm hoping one of my seedlings is as beautiful. Do you have any idea who the parents might be?

Thanks! I think I got pretty lucky. The one parent has got to be this clematis below. It was a cheap little box clematis I bought a long time ago listed as Blue on the box, lol.

I have it growing in with this clematis below which I bought at the same time listed as Purple on the box. I also didn't know about plant spacing at the time either, lol!

But I have a few other clematis close by including Star of India, Ernest Markham, and Beth Curry, so who knows!
