I thought I didn't give you enough info., so I went back and found the post. It's called "First fall orders arriving." You can do a search for it. The members explain that you first have to order a catalogue from Donahues (in Minnesota) in order to order. They talk about a few other places that may or may not have good catalogues. they mentioned Koi Gardens on Ebay. Leslie

I dealt with Koi Gardens this past fall and those clematis are from Donohues and I was thrilled with them. They are a smaller pot - about 2 or 3 inches square, but the roots systems were tremendous on them. I got 5 or 6 this past fall that I have overwintering in pots sunken into the ground in the backyard for root development.

Last spring, I ordered from Brushwood, Klems and Joy Creek. I was very happy with all of those places too, however Joy Creeks pots were bigger and they were jammed full of roots. I was thrilled with these companies as well.

Daves garden has different garden vendors rated - you may want to take a look to see how the different places rate and what was said about them.
