Hey all --

We had 12 degrees and 14 degrees last week -- but THIS week I've got a clematis in bud! I was kinda floored to find the buds yesterday. One of them is BIG (probably a coupla inches long).

I'm not sure which clem this is. It may be Elsa Spath, but I'm just not sure (I have a huge pale lavender clem of uncertain ID, and this may be it). I can't wait to see if it blooms this week!
