My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Mine is in full sun so can't comment on how it would do with partial sun. However, most clematis can get by with 6 hours or so of sun. There are some that can get by with even less and still do well, but I have never seen Pamiat Serdsta on such a list.
