My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
If you had to pick one, which one? Mrs. N. Thompson or Killian Donahue Which one has the longer flowering season, heavier blooms, better plant, prettier flowers.
I'm not sure one can make those sort of distinctions - it's all a bit subjective :-)) Bloom season will be the same for each - late spring/early summer then a lighter late summer/early fall rebloom. Other issues depend on your preferences and the actual growing conditions.
Type 2 clematis and even more particularly the barred forms are not my preference. But making choices like this is like choosing which is the best tasting apple - everyone has their own personal choices.
I went with Mrs. N. Thompson purely based on flower pictures. Killian Donahue is listed as long bloom season. Don't know if it is true, and how it compares to the other. I liked both, had money for 1.
