Can't see your photos. But, henglans are very rare, difficult to grow and expensive. A person selling them would charge a premium price and name the variety. It takes two henglans to produce a henglan seed, so you are unlikely to get one by accident.

I purchased a one-year old henglan several years ago when I knew less about Clivias. Unfortunately I killed it by using a potting mix that didn't suit it. I can see your photos now. You certainly have a lovely plant, but I don't think it is a pure henglan. It could have a henglan parent. I found some photos online that look like the ones I've seen that originated in China.
