Hi,

I bought a white flowering clematis at Lowe's last summer. Haven't seen the flower yet, but the plant came with a tag says the clematis is "Wanda's Promise".

I searched online again and again, but couldn't find such a name for clematis. Almost gave up. However, when I was reading a clematis book from library yesterday, I found a picture of "Wada's Primrose" in it. The flower in the picture look a lot like the one on my plant's tag, and the name is sort-of similar.

Do you think Lowe's somehow tagged the plants with wrong name?? Would it possible? I found a picture of "Wada's primrose", so attached below.

It would be great to know if my guess is right, so I will be able to look for more pictures of this plants and check out its description and planting tips.
