The plant is 5 year old.

That looks like my fukurin clivia. Yours is much larger than mine. The mandarin duck clivia has white on one side of the leaf and green on the other half. Sometimes the new leaves look darker but as they age the variegation becomes more pronounced.

I have seen few fukurin clivia plants. Their variegation is pretty steady. My plant variegation is not steady. My plant is 5 years old. I think 5 years is enough to have steady varigation.

My grandmother says this plant sound like a swear!!lololol
