Pinks tend to fade in full sun. Even in our climate. I had to move Hagley Hybrid last year because it faded so badly.

There are lots of smaller Clems like the "Patio" Clems by Evison.

You can also use the Advanced Search on the site below and put in 2 to 3 meters as plant height and get a whole list of shorter cultivars. I'm not sure if the link will go right to the list or not. I did the search and there are a lot of them. I did note several mentioned not for full sun.
