Your best option is to prune them all now to 6 or so inches of the ground. All pruning types of clematis do best if they are pruned as type IIIs the first year or two in the ground. Since you moved them and took them with you, this year is in essence their first year in the ground at your new place.

What will happen if you don't prune them? Nothing in essence. The type IIIs will come out one the old wood and the new growth will produce the blooms for this year. Your type IIs will bloom on the older wood. However, in order to get them settled in their new homes, pruning hard now will help them out in the long run. Nothing will happen if you prune now except delay the blooming on the type IIIs and IIs and some of your type IIs may not bloom this year.

Pruning is never a requirement, just a suggestion for developing thicker and fuller plants with the potential for increased blooms. And it won't hurt to prune all your clems in the same manner - you many risk losing a bloom season on a type 1 or 2 - but the plants will better off for it in the long run. Since you haven't pruned this season, take notes on when and where on the vine your clems bloom. This will give you a rough guess as to what prunung group they belong to - 1's bloom on old wood in early spring, 2's bloom on old and sometimes new growth in late spring and early summer (and may offer a later rebloom) and 3's bloom on new growth in midsummer and later.
