Foxglove seed?

As I wandered my garden in the heat today, I noticed my foxglove that were just beautiful this spring. I had purposely let them go to seed. I picked one small dried flower and dumped it into my hand. WOW - there were a thousand tiny grains, that I presume are the seeds.

Since it is a biennial, I guess they will just be plants next year, if they germinate. Any recommendations for sure fire germination? Or are those really the seeds?
