Wow, Kansas is much warmer than I thought. As long as there are dormant buds, it will recover. The older it is, the more likely you'll be fine. Ramona for me is especially robust, so I wouldn't worry. We are getting wet snow here today in Chicago, though, so I assume you're getting similar.

If we have this weather we had yesterday- today during the late April- early May- lots of my stuff will be toast, but now I do not cover anything- plants are starting to show but not actively pushing growth yet.
