The peanuts would be a nuetral, the others like each other. Peanuts actually would be better with squash or corn

Hilling the potatoes would be difficult with carrots and onions planted there. If you don't hill, it'll cut your potato harvest by 50% or more.

(potatoes are space hogs overall.) You can plant them in a trench in order to be able to hill higher, but they still demand a good bit of space for the yield.
