Oh no. I just posted the pic with the wrong name. Oh well. I think it may be Henryi, Carol. That name is with me today for some reason. But I didn't tag the clem. I've done that with plants from the past. Someday I will be organized.

It looks like my Miss Bateman.

I'd have to go with henryi. I bought one for my mom 2 years ago and it looks just like that.

I could go more with it being "Miss Bateman" moreso than Clematis "Henryi" because 1st off the Anthers are too burgandy red...Clematis "Henryi" has more brown anthers with beigy connectives..Here is My "Henryi"

I think I'm confused. It sure looks just like Wendy's Miss Bateman.
Carol, maybe it's me but I believe yours has a more reddish tint to the ? What are the staymens, is that what I'm referring to? Could be either one I think.

I have Henryi and it's anthers are brown like Jeanne the Queen of Clems mentioned. The anthers in your pics have a reddish color going on.
