Well if you are looking for type II clematis that bloom well I like HF Young, Sunset and Blue Light do well for me. As far as type IIIs that bloom well, there are so many I wouldn't know where to begin. Any of the more common viticellas are very floriferous as are Duchess of Albany, viorna, glaucophylla, pitcheri, and any of the integrifolias.
