tomatoes with bush beans?

Does anyone know if bush beans are good neighbors to Tomatoes?

I wanted to plant a strong ground feeder (tomatoes or cabbage) next to my future bush beans.

Actually I was planning to plant bush beans, then next to that Savory as a companion-helper to the beans, then Tomatoes. Any ideas?
