I'd remove the foliage. You can leave the large buds on and see if they open for you. If so that's great or they might just drop. Just make sure you keep the water clean and you should have roots in a short time. Once they've rooted you can either pot them up and keep them somewhere warm or keep them in the bucket and pot them in the spring. If you have the space it's probably easier to pot them up. I leave my cuttings in buckets simply because I don't have the space to pot them up.

how often do i need to change the water?i have a small heated greenhouse.i think i'll leave them in the bucket in a warm place in there.should i shade them?what light should they be in?

I'd change the water every 2-3 days and clean the inside of the bucket once a week. I'd keep them in indirect light for now. Next spring when they go back outside slowly acclimate them them to the sun. They might need protection from the strong afternoon sun.
