I've been staining my fence, so when I cut Harlow Carr back in late February (Pruning Type C) I made a T-Pee out of rebar,so it would be away from the fence and it covered the 7' T-Pee and then some. I had finished the area of fence and was impatient to get the clematis back on the trellis. I know that I shouldn't of, but I cut it back again so I could control the growth back on to the trellis. I know the root system is hardy, and I am keeping it watered. What can I expect?
