My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Do you know about the Clematis tour tomorrow?

I can't decide whether or not to go. I want to see Linda Buetler's garden because I have her book and she describes so many great combinations of Clems growing through trees and shrubs but the photos are all close ups but our weather has been so dang gray that blooms are behind. I've only got a few II's starting to bloom and none of the integrifolias so most of the Clems I wish to see won't be blooming.....
