Not wilt. Blackening of the leaf tips can be the result of excessive fertilization. And also excessive watering/poor drainage (especially in containers).

i fed with 14-14-14 slow release oscomote and have let pretty much dry out after intial soaking..used sunshine mix for potting soil

Before adding water it's best to double check the current soil moisture. Do this by sticking a finger in to about your knuckle. I'm fairly experienced, yet now and then I am fooled by what a plant will have used since I was there last. The little stinkers.

It seems the variation of the sun, clouds, breeze, and maybe the moon for all I know can give me a pot that looks dry and really is not. The still damp under the surface plant may have really dry neighbors...or not.

Clems are pretty good about rebounding as long as they have not started to rot, so always error on the side of too dry, rather than too wet.

I've heard of Sunshine mix but not seen it myself. When I plant clems in pots I routinely add extra pumice and/or perlite to increase drainage. If the Sunshine mix had a large amount of peat, which retains moisture, you may end up wanting to do something similar later on. But for now, I would just make sure they dry enough between watering.
