Yellowish Lime

Hi. I bought a kaffir lime bush last year and have it in a pot outside my house. It's about three feet tall. Although it is blossoming, the leaves are a sickly yellowish color. Lately I have noticed some of the stems are bare, like it either lost some leaves and I didn't notice, or something bit them off. I'm not sure what's wrong with it.

It gets full sun all day. I gave it some citrus fertilizer last month. Normally, I give it a good watering every two weeks or so, unless it is really hot out. Lately we've been getting the usual April rains, so I have been letting it get whatever nature dumps on it. Anyway, I have a feeling I'm doing something wrong with this plant. Does anyone have any idea why it would be turning yellowish? Also, how often should I water a smallish lime assuming full sun and warm (70-80 degrees) weather? Any info you could give me would be helpful.
