Isn't it??!! A rescued, returned-because-of-wilt vine from the nursery I had babied over winter and had been doing just great is now doing something quite similar. Typically, returned wilt rescues just take off for me - my prevous garden was filled with dozens of them - so I am quite provoked this one is continuing to be a problem. Will continue to coddle it along anyway :-)
I never had a problem with powdery mildew, until I added type IIIs to the garden. Twilight is not a type III but it is planted near three of them. Now I get it every year. :(
