No, unless the bark is very coarse in nature, the vines will need something else to grasp onto to climb the pine.

Just realize that pine trees will suck every bit of moisture out of the ground and you are going to be watering those clematis constantly if you want them to live there. I personally think you should find another place for them if you want success with growing them. I also suggest potting them up in one gallon pots and growing them out for a year or so before you plant them in the ground.
