Last spring I bought Bourbon at Joy Creek, put it in an appropriate pot with great soil and cut her back to 8 inches and not much happened, some growth but did not expect much. This March I again cut her back, fertilized, topped with more soil and mulch. As of now there is barely any growth, not dying, just not growing. The roots are plump with enough room in the pot. The others potted at the same time are thriving. It is in some morning shade but so are the others. Any thoughts?
