Campaniflora is a clematis that I have always wanted and got a plant from Diana at Collector's Nursery that just recently closed. The plant was put in the ground in the spring of 2006 and just sat around last growing season. It was a smallish plant that I should have potted up and grown out prior to planting but I was anxious to get it in the ground and have it grow up through a burning bush and fosteri holly. Finally this year she has graced me with a few blooms. The blooms are petite as is common with this clematis but I just love them and look forward to subsequent years for more blooms from this precious clematis.
