another lemon tree fertility problem

I just joined the forum and have been searching the site for my particular fertility problem. I have a dwarf meyer lemon tree, potted, that I purchased in summer '04. The first year it produced a few lemons. Since then, I'll get little flowers, which drop off and leave a twig that looks like a lemon was snapped off of it. I've fertilized it - I try not to overwater. It produces new, green leaves so I know it's not doing badly health-wise. Any thoughts?

Temperature is prolly not your issue given your zone and plus it's a Meyer--they fruit here in winter really well.

You may want to make sure that it is getting enough water to help with fruit set, especially at this warm time of year. Of course you don't want to overdo it, but it can be a fine line to walk. Sounds like it is getting the proper nutrition with new green leaves so I don't think that is the issue.
