In preparation to buy my first clematis, I spoke to Debbie at Silver Star and she recommended I start with a Group 3. There are several varieties that are out of stock or not available until Spring so of the remainder, I narrowed it down to Bonanza or Vino. Is anyone familiar with either of these?

Also I will be putting it next to a pink Old Garden Rose, La Reine Victoria.
