I don't believe that I have ever seen it offered anywhere. Looks like an interesting plant due to the sepal shape--much longer than I have seen on other clematis I have seen before.

I only emailed a couple of places, but no one has heard of this clematis. Dan said that typically new varieties will be found in the big box store first. Sad, isn't it?

Wow Janet. That is kind of strange that Dan said that. I would have thought that would be the last place you found them. At least my local big box stores have never carried any new clematis. They still just carry the LFH that have been around forever. Perhaps it is different in the larger cities compared to my local environs!

Could be Miguel. The only newly introduced varieties I've see are Ray Evison's new series.
