Lemon tree fruits and stem disease

Hello,

We are having some trouble with our lemon tress. We have 40 of them in our farm house. I was wondering if you could help us identify the disease and a solution. I've attached an image of the fruits which have these changes while they're still on the tree. The trunks also split open length wise then heal on their own.

Your help is highly appreciated.
