My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Late blooms-Crystal Fountain

I have some late blooms on my Crystal Fountain. Not bad considering this is a first year plant (from Brushwoods) that I cut back both while planting and after it's spring bloom. I have quite a few 1st years blooming now. This one was closest to my camera though. Here ya go :)
